This is just one example of the many creative activations that I have supported. We created a “Super Smoker” that is three stories high and prints out data and metrics on what the smoker is cooking.  By hiring famous pit masters and creating a BBQ laboratory at SXSW we met Austin’s love of BBQ with GE’s love of science.
